Safeguarding your privacy is extremely important to DNDC

DNDC will NEVER release your personal information to any other party without your express permission except for the sole purpose of data verification and supplementation.

We are committed to assuring the privacy of individuals and/or families who have contacted us for assistance. We assure you that all information shared both orally and in writing will be managed within legal and ethical considerations.

Security

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer care representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

Sharing

Your information is never shared with third parties unless you "opt-in" to have such information shared. If we are given your express permission, we will periodically make your information available to reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find valuable.

DNDC uses email links, phone numbers, and a contact form located on the "contact us" page to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message and try to reply promptly to every one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or review and discard the information. Your personal information is only shared with third parties only with your explicit permission.

DNDC generally uses "cookies" to log you into the Back Office and to maintain your active session there.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on DNDC.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) The Federal Trade Commission enforces a variety of federal antitrust and consumer protection laws. The commission works to enhance the smooth operation of the marketplace by eliminating acts or practices that are unfair or deceptive. National Fraud Information Center (NFIC) The National Fraud Information Center is a project of the National Consumers League, America's oldest nonprofit consumer organization. NFIC helps consumers report fraud and offers advice on how to avoid being victimized. The Privacy Rights Clearinghouse (PRC) PRC provides consumers with valuable information on protecting their personal privacy.
